Our Story

TLC Dispositions was born out of a deep understanding of the inefficiencies in the wholesale real estate market. After talking to dozens of market participants and analyzing current solutions, we identified two major issues:

Limited access to quality disposition platforms – Wholesalers often still need to run their own buyer operations, despite using tools like InvestorLift, which come with a high price tag.

Fragmented communication – Cash buyers rely on multiple people and platforms just to evaluate deals, often missing out on time-sensitive opportunities.

We built TLC Dispositions to solve both problems—creating a seamless, inflation-free, easy-to-use platform that serves both sides of the transaction with clarity and efficiency.
